Take an Irish Coffee Cup or any other heat resistant glass. Fill it with boiling water and swing the glass carefully to heat it up. We need the high glass temperature to flambe the Whiskey later on. Empty the tempered glass and fill it with 3 teaspoons of brown cane sugar. Add 5 cl of overproof Irish Whiskey. Swing the glass till the sugar dissolves more and more. Then flambe the whiskey and continue swinging the glass carefully. Now add a cup of fresh espresso and about 3 teaspoons of whipped cream on top.
3 teaspoons brown cane sugar
5cl Roe & Co Irish Whiskey
1 hot espresso
3 teaspoons whipped cream
